  • CAN I REQUEST HYPOALLERGENIC DETERGENTS AND FABRIC SOFTENERS?   Yes, Simply Add The "Substitute Hypoallergenic Detergent" Service To Your Order At No Additional Charge

  • WHAT LAUNDRY DETERGENT DO YOU USE?  There Are 3 Premium Scented Detergent Options:  Tide Original, Gain Original or Arm & Hammer Original. Hypoallergenic Choices, you have: All Free & Clear or Tide Free & Clear. You May Also Provide Your Own Preferred Detergent. If You Provide Your Own, Include Detergent With Laundry At Pickup, And We Will Return The Unused Portion With Your Delivery.

  • IS THE LAUNDRY WASHED IN HOT OR COLD WATER? DRYER SETTINGS?   To Preserve The Quality And Life Of  Your products, All Items Are Washed In COLD WATER ONLY. However, You May Request Hot Water Be Used At Any Time And We Will Accommodate You. Dryer Settings Are Maintained At Medium Heat With Cool Down Cycle.

  • HOW DO I PAY FOR THE SERVICE?   Once Your Laundry Has Been Professionally Cleaned, Neatly Folded and Bagged, It Is Then Weighed For Billing Purposes. Any Additional Services Are Added Along With All Sales Tax. Invoice Is Then Sent To The Customer. We Kindly Ask That You PLEASE Pay The Invoice After The Inspection & Confirmation Of Your Delivered Laundry. Payment Can Be Performed Online. We Accept All Major Credit Cards, Paypal, Zelle and CashApp.

  • IS THERE A MINIMUM CHARGE?  There Is A Minimum Charge Of $20 On All "Regular Next Day" Service Orders and A Minimum Charge Of $40 On All "Express Same Day/Overnight" Orders.

  • WHAT TYPE OF LAUNDRY DO YOU ACCEPT?   This Is fairly Simple. We Are A Personal Home Laundry Service, Using Residential Type Washers and Dryers. Any Clothing Or Home Use Item That You Would Typically Wash At Home, We Can Do The Same. All Laundry Items MUST Be Able To Fit Within A Standard Home Washer & Dryer And Should NOT be Heavily Over Soiled. Any Items That Do Not Meet This General Criteria May Be Excluded From The Cleaning Process, Bagged Separately And Returned To The Customer At No Charge.

  • SINCE YOU CHARGE BY THE POUND, IS MY LAUNDRY WEIGHED AT PICKUP OR DELIVERY?   Your Laundry Charges Are Based Upon DELIVERY WEIGHT. Since Some Soiled Laundry May Contain Moisture And Dirt, We Use The Clean, Finished Product For All Weight/Billing Calculations.

  •  DO I NEED TO BE HOME FOR PICKUP AND DELIVERIES     No, You Only Need To Place Your Laundry Out For Pickup Immediately After Placing Your Order Online. We will Take Care of Everything Else Making Our Service As Convenient As Possible For You And Your Family.

  • DO I NEED TO SEPARATE MY CLOTHING IN ANY WAY?    Please Feel Free To Separate Your Laundry In Any Manner You Would Prefer Your Order Be Processed. However, You Can Simply Pack It All Up And We Will Professionally Separate Your Laundry Into Proper Categories During The Cleaning Process.

  • DO I NEED TO PROVIDE HANGERS FOR THE CLOTHING I PREFER TO BE HUNG UP AFTER DRYING?   Yes...Hanger Service Is Provided at No additional Charge. We Will Bag & Seal Your Hanged Items Before Delivery. However, All Hangers MUST Be Provided By The Customer.

  • DO I NEED TO PUT MY DIRTY LAUNDRY INTO ANY SPECIAL BAGS?   You May Use ANY Type Of Bag That You Like, As Long As It Closes At The Top. Most Customers Use White Disposable Bags In Order To Write On The Bags With A Sharpee To Designate "Hang Dry" Or Any Other Special Requirements. You May Also Use Your Homes Clothes Hampers or Boxes, And We Will Transfer Your Laundry To Our Bags At Time Of Pickup And Leave Your Hamper Behind On Porch.

  • DO YOU SERVICE MY AREA?   Our Service Area Is Bounded By 4 Major Roadways.   • WHAT DAYS DO YOU PICKUP & DELIVER?   We Perform Home Laundry Services Monday Through Friday, 8:00am To 8:00 pm.  Any Times Requested Outside Our Normal Business Hours, Must Be Coordinated By Contacting Us Directly.

  • DO MY CLOTHES GET WASHED WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS CLOTHES?   100% Absolutely NEVER!!!! ALL Customer Orders Are kept Separated At All Times To Ensure Maximum Sanitation And No Risk Of Clothing Being Lost

  • WHAT ITEMS WILL ABSOLUTELY BE REFUSED BY THIS SERVICE?   Any Laundry Items That Are Found To Be Unacceptable For Cleaning Will Be Returned To Customer At No Charge. These Include Any Oversized Items That Do Not Fit In A Residential Size Washing Machine. Any Items Found With EXCESSIVE Damage, Oil or Grease, Blood, Urine, Feces or Vomit. Or, All Items Found With Any  Molds, Roaches, Maggots, Rodents, Insects.
